Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Thank you for using GetYour.iD's products and services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "Registrant", or "Customer") and Digital Districts Pty Ltd, trading as GetYour.iD (ABN 25 607 818 235) ("GetYour.iD", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the GetYour.iD website at www.getyour.id and all products, services, and features offered through it (collectively, the "Products").

Our Products are offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all terms and conditions contained herein, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, all applicable ICANN Consensus Policies (including the Registration Data Policy, the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy, and the Transfer Policy), and the policies of the relevant domain registry operators (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using our Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that organisation.

To put it simply

Every company has its terms. These are ours. By using our website and services, you agree to follow these rules, our Privacy Policy, and the relevant domain industry policies.
2. Eligibility

Our Products are not directed to children under the age of 18. Access to and use of our Products is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or to legally constituted organisations represented by an authorised person who is 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not register for an account or use our Products.

Certain domain extensions (particularly ccTLDs) may have additional eligibility requirements imposed by the relevant registry operator. For example, .id domains require compliance with the Indonesian domain registry (PANDI) eligibility criteria, and .au domains require an Australian presence as defined by the .au Domain Administration (auDA). You are responsible for ensuring that you meet and continue to meet all applicable eligibility requirements for any domain name you register through us for the entire duration of the registration.

To put it simply

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our products and services. Some domain extensions have extra eligibility rules set by their registry — you need to meet those too.
3. Translation

These Terms of Service were originally written in English. We may translate these Terms into other languages, including Indonesian and Chinese, for your convenience. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail and govern.

To put it simply

The English version is the original and legally binding document. Translated versions are provided for your convenience only.

5. Domain Name Registration Agreement

When you register a domain name through GetYour.iD, you enter into a registration agreement that is subject to the following terms, in addition to the general terms of this Agreement:

5.1 Registration Data Accuracy

You agree that all registration data you provide (including Registrant, Administrative, Technical, and Billing contact details where applicable) is accurate, complete, and current, and you will promptly update this information whenever it changes. Under ICANN's Registration Data Policy (effective 21 August 2025), the Registrant contact is mandatory for all gTLD registrations. The Registrant Organisation field, if populated, is treated by ICANN as the legal owner of the domain; if left empty, the named individual registrant is deemed the owner.

Providing inaccurate or incomplete registration data, or failure to promptly update such data, may result in the suspension or cancellation of your domain name registration.

5.2 RDAP and WHOIS Data Publication

Domain name registration data is accessible through the Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP), which replaced the traditional WHOIS protocol as the required lookup method for gTLD registrations as of January 2025. RDAP provides structured data access over HTTPS with enhanced security and differentiated access controls.

Under the ICANN Registration Data Policy, non-essential personal data is redacted by default from public RDAP queries for gTLD and nTLD domains. Full registration data may be disclosed through authorised access channels for legitimate purposes in accordance with applicable laws and ICANN policy.

For ccTLD domains, the respective registry operator determines what registration data is publicly available, subject to the national privacy laws of that jurisdiction. Data publication requirements vary significantly between ccTLDs.

5.3 WHOIS Privacy and Proxy Services

GetYour.iD offers a WHOIS Privacy protection service that substitutes your personal contact details with proxy information in public RDAP/WHOIS records. This service is available for domain extensions that permit the use of privacy or proxy services. Certain registries prohibit the use of privacy services, and for those TLDs your registration data will be displayed in accordance with the applicable registry's data publication policies.

Even with WHOIS Privacy enabled, your actual registration data remains on file with GetYour.iD and may be disclosed in response to lawful requests, court orders, UDRP/URS proceedings, or as otherwise required by applicable law or ICANN policy.

5.4 Domain Lifecycle and Grace Periods

Domain names registered through GetYour.iD are subject to the following lifecycle stages, which are governed by ICANN policy and the applicable registry's terms:

  • Registration Period: The initial term for which the domain is registered (typically 1 to 10 years depending on the TLD).
  • Renewal Period: The domain may be renewed prior to or at expiry for an additional registration period, subject to payment of the applicable renewal fee.
  • Auto-Renew Grace Period: A period of up to 45 days following domain expiry during which the domain may still be renewed at standard pricing. If not renewed, the domain will be deleted from the registry.
  • Redemption Grace Period (RGP): A 30-day period following deletion during which the original registrant may restore the domain by paying a redemption fee in addition to the renewal fee. During this period, the domain cannot be transferred.
  • Pending Delete: A final 5-day period after the Redemption Grace Period, during which the domain is scheduled for release back to the general pool for new registration. The domain cannot be renewed or restored during this stage.

Grace period availability and duration may vary by TLD. Certain ccTLDs may have different lifecycle policies determined by their respective registry operators. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of approaching domain expiry dates, but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring timely renewal of your domain names.

5.5 Domain Transfers

Domain name transfers to and from GetYour.iD are governed by ICANN's Transfer Policy (for gTLDs and nTLDs) and the applicable registry's transfer procedures (for ccTLDs). You acknowledge that domain transfers may be subject to transfer locks, authorisation codes (Auth-Info/EPP codes), registrant verification requirements, and applicable waiting periods. A domain name cannot be transferred within 60 days of initial registration or a prior transfer, as required by ICANN policy.

5.6 Domain Dispute Resolution

By registering a domain name through GetYour.iD, you agree to submit to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), the Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) system (where applicable), and any equivalent dispute resolution procedures mandated by the relevant ccTLD registry. These policies provide a mechanism for third parties to challenge domain name registrations that they believe infringe their intellectual property rights.

In the event a domain dispute proceeding is commenced against you, GetYour.iD will apply a registrar lock to the domain and provide the relevant dispute resolution provider with your registration data as required. You agree that GetYour.iD will implement any decision made by an approved dispute resolution provider, including transfer or cancellation of the domain, in accordance with the applicable policy.

To put it simply

When you register a domain, you must keep your contact details accurate, accept that some information may be published via RDAP/WHOIS, and understand that domains go through a lifecycle of registration, renewal, grace periods, and possible deletion. You also agree to domain dispute resolution processes like UDRP if someone challenges your domain.
6. Our Obligations

When providing the Products to you, GetYour.iD will:

  • Comply with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, all applicable ICANN Consensus Policies, the ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement, and the policies and procedures of the relevant domain registry operators.
  • Process your domain registrations, transfers, renewals, and other service requests in a diligent and timely manner.
  • Disclose our policies, pricing, and billing information accurately and completely on our website.
  • Comply with any orders of any authority having jurisdiction in relation to the Products.
  • Use your personal information only as authorised by you and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
  • Maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information and account data.
  • Maintain an abuse contact point for receiving reports of DNS abuse involving domain names registered through us, in accordance with the 2024 ICANN RAA Amendment on DNS Abuse Mitigation.
  • Provide reasonable customer support through our available communication channels.
  • Send expiry notifications for your domain names in accordance with ICANN's Expired Registration Recovery Policy (ERRP).

To put it simply

These are the things we commit to doing for you. We follow industry rules, keep your data safe, process your requests promptly, and always go the extra mile to deliver the job well done.
7. Your Obligations

By using our Products, you agree to the following obligations:

7.1 General Obligations
  • You will ensure all information you provide to GetYour.iD is accurate, complete, and current, and you will promptly notify us of any changes.
  • You will use the Products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will comply with any orders of any authority having jurisdiction in relation to the Products.
  • You will keep your account credentials (including passwords, two-step authentication codes, and domain Auth-Info/EPP codes) confidential and secure at all times. GetYour.iD is not responsible for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
  • You will respond promptly to any enquiries from GetYour.iD regarding your account or domain registrations, including identity verification requests and WHOIS data accuracy checks.
7.2 Domain Registration Obligations
  • You will ensure all domain registration data is accurate and complete, and will update it within seven (7) days of any change, as required by ICANN policy.
  • You will fulfil and continue to meet any eligibility criteria for restricted domain extensions (such as .id, .au, and other ccTLDs with residency, entity, or nexus requirements) for the entire lifetime of the domain registration.
  • You will not register domain names primarily for the purpose of selling, renting, or otherwise transferring them to the owner of a trademark or service mark ("cybersquatting"), or for the purpose of disrupting the business of a competitor.
7.3 Acceptable Use

You will not use any Products to engage in activities including, but not limited to:

  • Distribution of malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, or spam (as defined by ICANN's DNS Abuse framework under the 2024 RAA Amendment).
  • Trademark or copyright infringement, counterfeiting, or other intellectual property violations.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices, impersonation, or identity theft.
  • Hosting or distributing content that is illegal in Australia, the jurisdiction of the relevant registry, or the jurisdiction in which the content is accessed.
  • Activities that disrupt, damage, or impair the operation of our network, servers, or services, or those of any third party.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email or engaging in spamming activities through our hosting services.

Should any such activity be detected in connection with Products held by you, GetYour.iD reserves the right to take appropriate mitigation action, which may include suspension or cancellation of the affected Products and disabling or locking your user account, in accordance with our obligations under the ICANN RAA and applicable law.

To put it simply

Keep your information accurate, your passwords safe, and use our services for lawful purposes only. No phishing, malware, spam, cybersquatting, or any other dodgy activity. If you break the rules, we may suspend your services.
8. Fees, Charges, and Payment
8.1 Pricing and Currency

All fees and charges for our Products are published on our website and are displayed in your selected currency (USD, AUD, or IDR). Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, and surcharges unless otherwise stated. Any applicable amounts, including ICANN fees where relevant, will be itemised in your shopping cart prior to order completion.

GetYour.iD reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect Products already paid for during their current registration or service period. Renewal pricing will be the price published at the time of renewal. Promotional, discounted, or bundled pricing may be limited on a per-year, per-account, or per-domain basis; prices displayed after account login and prior to payment will reflect your eligibility for such pricing.

8.2 Payment Terms

You agree to pay for all Products you request or use. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Fees paid are non-refundable except where we have expressly consented otherwise or where required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree that failure to pay, or failure of your payment to be honoured by your financial institution, will void your order and relieve us of any responsibility regarding the provision of the Products applied for.

8.3 Payment Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a payment reversal or chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with GetYour.iD. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to contest it, suspend or cancel your services, and charge you reasonable administrative costs incurred in responding to the chargeback. We may decline to provide further services to you until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.

8.4 Credits and Withdrawals

A prepaid credit account facility is available within your user account. You may use this to maintain a positive balance for auto-renewal payments and new purchases. You may top up your prepaid account at any time. A processing fee of 3% of the total withdrawal amount applies when transferring funds out of your prepaid account to your nominated bank account or PayPal account.

To put it simply

Our pricing is displayed on the website in USD, AUD, or IDR. You pay before you use. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A 3% fee applies when withdrawing from your prepaid account.
9. Auto-Renewal

Your purchase of domain names and other Products includes an opt-in to our auto-renewal feature. When enabled, auto-renewal automatically charges the current renewal fee to your preferred payment method (or deducts from your prepaid account balance) before the product expires, ensuring uninterrupted service with no further action required on your part.

We will send you a renewal reminder notice to your registered email address in advance of any auto-renewal charge, in accordance with ICANN's Expired Registration Recovery Policy (ERRP) for domain names. You may cancel the auto-renewal feature at any time by turning it off in your account settings, both as a default preference and for individual products from your management dashboard.

If auto-renewal fails due to an expired payment method, insufficient prepaid balance, or payment decline, you will be notified and will be responsible for manually renewing the product before it enters the expiry and grace period cycle. GetYour.iD shall not be held liable for any domain names that expire or are deleted as a result of auto-renewal failure.

To put it simply

Auto-renewal keeps your domains and services running without you having to remember expiry dates. We will notify you before charging. You can turn it off anytime in your account settings.
10. DNS Abuse Mitigation

In accordance with the 2024 Global Amendment to the ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement, GetYour.iD is obligated to take prompt and proportionate action to mitigate DNS Abuse. For the purposes of this Agreement, "DNS Abuse" means the use of a domain name for malware distribution, botnet command and control, phishing, pharming, and spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism for the other forms of DNS Abuse.

GetYour.iD maintains an abuse reporting contact accessible from our website. Upon receiving actionable evidence that a domain name registered through us is being used for DNS Abuse, we may take mitigation actions including, but not limited to, suspending DNS resolution, placing the domain on registrar lock, or requesting the registry to place the domain on serverHold. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such action, but may act without prior notice in cases of severe or imminent harm.

To put it simply

We are required by ICANN to act against domains used for phishing, malware, botnets, and similar abuse. If your domain is involved in DNS abuse, we may need to suspend it to protect the internet community.
11. Web Hosting and SSL Certificate Terms
11.1 Web Hosting Services

Our hosting services (Shared Hosting and VPS Hosting) are subject to the following additional terms:

  • You are responsible for all content stored on and served from your hosting account.
  • You will not use hosting resources to store or distribute illegal content, malware, phishing sites, or materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Shared Hosting accounts are subject to fair use resource limits. We reserve the right to restrict accounts that consume resources to a degree that adversely affects other customers on the shared server.
  • VPS Hosting customers are responsible for the security and administration of their virtual server environment, including operating system updates and software patches.
  • GetYour.iD maintains regular backups as a courtesy; however, you are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups. We do not guarantee the availability or integrity of backup data.
11.2 SSL Certificates

SSL Certificates are issued by third-party Certificate Authorities and are subject to the issuing authority's subscriber agreement and certificate policy. GetYour.iD acts as a reseller and facilitator for SSL certificate provisioning. Certificate issuance is subject to successful domain validation or extended validation as required by the certificate type.

To put it simply

Your hosting account is your responsibility — keep backups and don't host illegal or harmful content. SSL certificates are issued by trusted third-party authorities; we help you get them set up.
12. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the GetYour.iD website are the property of Digital Districts Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content, files, or materials you upload to our hosting services or provide to us in connection with logo design or other services. By uploading content, you grant GetYour.iD a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the requested services.

To put it simply

Our website content and branding belong to us. Your content belongs to you — we only use it to deliver the services you asked for.
13. Termination and Suspension

GetYour.iD may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of our Products at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the integrity of our services, comply with applicable law or ICANN policy, or respond to DNS Abuse or other prohibited activities.

If you wish to terminate this Agreement or close your GetYour.iD account, you may submit a request by contacting our customer support team. We will verify your identity before processing any account closure request. Upon account closure:

  • Active domain registrations will remain registered until their current expiry date. You are responsible for transferring them to another registrar before expiry if you wish to retain them.
  • Active hosting services will be terminated and data will be scheduled for deletion. You should download all hosting data before requesting account closure.
  • Any prepaid credit balance will be refunded to you, less the applicable 3% withdrawal fee.
  • We will retain archived copies of your account information for the period required by law, ICANN policy, or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution.

All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

To put it simply

We may suspend services if you break the rules or if required by law. If you want to leave, contact us — transfer your domains first, download your hosting data, and we will refund your remaining credit. We keep records as required by law.
14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetYour.iD, Digital Districts Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our Products; (b) your breach of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you host, store, or distribute through our services.

To put it simply

If your actions cause us legal trouble, you are responsible for covering the costs. Use our services responsibly and in compliance with these Terms.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetYour.iD and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that defects will be corrected in any particular timeframe. Domain name availability is subject to real-time registry checks and cannot be guaranteed until registration is confirmed by the registry.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee or right that applies under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. To the extent that our liability for breach of any such non-excludable guarantee cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (at our option) to the resupply of the relevant service or the payment of the cost of having the service resupplied.

To put it simply

We always do our best, but sometimes things may go wrong. We cannot guarantee perfection. Your statutory consumer rights under Australian law are not affected by this disclaimer.
16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW, GETYOUR.ID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER GETYOUR.ID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO GETYOUR.ID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

This limitation of liability does not apply to the extent prohibited by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that prevents the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of loss or damage.

To put it simply

Our financial liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses. Your non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law are always protected.
17. Force Majeure

GetYour.iD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, pandemic, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, power outages, registry system failures, or actions or inactions by ICANN or domain registry operators.

To put it simply

If something beyond our control prevents us from delivering (like a natural disaster, internet outage, or registry failure), we will not be held liable for the delay.
18. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using our Products, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and ICANN's Registration Data Policy.

You acknowledge that domain name registration requires the sharing of certain personal information with registry operators, ICANN, and other third parties as described in our Privacy Policy, and that some of this information may be published through RDAP/WHOIS in accordance with applicable policies.

To put it simply

Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. Registering a domain means some of your information will be shared with registries and ICANN as required by industry rules.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

For any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first contact GetYour.iD and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under a recognised arbitrator in the State of Victoria, Australia, or to the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

This clause does not apply to domain name disputes subject to the UDRP, URS, or equivalent ccTLD dispute resolution procedures, which are governed by their own separate rules and processes.

To put it simply

Australian law governs these Terms. If we have a disagreement, let's try to sort it out between us first. If that doesn't work, it goes to arbitration or the courts in Victoria, Australia. Domain name disputes have their own separate process (UDRP/URS).
20. Changes to Terms of Service

GetYour.iD reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our products and services, applicable laws, ICANN policies, or industry standards. The most current version will always be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice via email to your registered account address and/or a prominent notice on our website before the changes take effect. By continuing to access or use the Products after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Products.

To put it simply

If we update these Terms, we will let you know in advance. The latest version is always on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
21. General Terms

Assignment. These Terms, and any rights and licences granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without our prior written consent, but may be assigned by GetYour.iD without restriction as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.

Entire Agreement and Severability. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional agreements you enter into with GetYour.iD in connection with specific Products, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetYour.iD concerning the Products. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver. No failure or delay by GetYour.iD in exercising any right or enforcing any provision under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or provision, or a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Notices. Any notices required or permitted under these Terms shall be sent to the email address associated with your GetYour.iD account (for notices to you) or to admin@getyour.id (for notices to us).

To put it simply

You cannot transfer your account without our permission. These Terms are the whole deal between us. If one part is found invalid, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a rule once does not mean we waive it.
22. ICANN Registrants' Rights and Responsibilities

As a domain name registrant, you have specific rights and responsibilities established by ICANN. These include the right to accurate information about your domain's registration status, the right to transfer your domain to another registrar (subject to applicable transfer policies), and the responsibility to provide and maintain accurate registration data.

For a full description of your rights and responsibilities as a domain registrant, please visit the ICANN Registrant Educational Materials page at:
